On October 6th, 2006, I received a call from Tanaka San of Sanmu city police station. Tanaka San told me that I (Rohtash) visited the working place of Yuko Ishibashi San on October 5th and asked about her details. Yuko Ishibashi San (Res: 6969-25 Miyagawa, Hikari Machi, Sousa Gun, Chiba 289-1727 or Idono 2364, Asahi City, Tel: 0479-63-5518) had affairs with me last year. On December 9th, 2005, Yuko Ishibashi San apologized and it was decided in the Yokaichiba court that we would not call each other. Once upon a time she was more important to me than myself. But because of her action her image for me is like a very wild poisonous snake and hence I find no reason to know anything about her.
Rather I received letter from Yuko Ishibashi San on December 31st 2005. I informed about that to Takano San of Yokaichiba Police Station, who suggested me to call Naruto Police Station. I visited and spoke to Tokita San of Naruto Police Station who suggested me to ignore or call Yokaichiba court. On January 5th 2006, I visited Yokaichiba court and spoke to Takahashi San, who initially suggested me to call Yuko Ishibashi San to ask her as to why had she sent me a letter. He further suggested me to consult a lawyer after paying him consultation fee. I am working hard to earn little money. I am not like Yuko Ishibashi San who tells any one that she loves, kisses and takes care for him the most and suddenly goes to the police station to put on false charges against him and further claim for 30 million yen as compensation. If she does that with 4 persons, she will be billionaire.
From September 2005, I have been receiving telephone calls from 050 – 1101 – 8620. I personally feel that she has close connection to Yuko Ishibashi San. Even after informing Naruto Police station, I continued getting calls from the above mentioned number. I also received suspicious call from 080 – 1088 – 6083.
I took legal action against Shaikh Abdullah San (Yachimata City, Higashi Yoshida 638 – 68) because he registered car number 千葉５０１み３６－４１ in my name without my knowledge. I came to know about it after receiving the tax paper. October 4th 2006, was the hearing for that in the court.
Shaikh Abdullah San was upset about my taking legal action against Yuko Ishibashi San last year. I came to know that there were some persons who were known to Shaikh Abdullah San and Yuko Ishibashi San. Shaikh Abdullah San had conflicts with some people. Shaikh Abdullah San has close connection with Akira Naito San who misuses his powers. Naito San along with Shaikh Abdullah San made unsuccessful attempt to get my services terminated last year. On papers Shaikh Abdullah San worked for Akira Naito San (Ni 49 – 14 Yachimata, Yachimata city). Shaikh Abdullah San uses the address of factory (978 – 2 Yokota, Sanbu-machi, Chiba) for his personal benefits and incase of any trouble, he pretends that he has no connection. Shaikh Abdullah San told me that he was without visa but had become President because of Akira Naito San where as I (Rohtash) was still doing small job.
There are so many Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis who are well known to Shaikh Abdullah San and he can easily ask anyone to use my name to put me down. Akira Naito San can also ask any doctor, nurse or others to tell a lie to any extent by misusing his powers.
I would like to add that last year Mosutofa Kamaru San was registered as a resident at my place although I never met him. I came to know that he is/was working for Shaikh Abdullah san and he is from Bangladesh. His telephone number is/was 090 – 4176 – 0280. What all he did and what was the conspiracy behind it, I still do not know?
During and after taking legal action against Yuko Ishibashi San, I saw some of the cars blocking my parking area. One of them is Mercedes Benz number 千葉３５５な..-３２. I have happened to seen this car at the residence of Ito San (Hasunuma Ro-1696, Sanmu city), who have connections with Yuko Ishibashi San. Last week of September 2006, Semiya San came to my place to know the telephone number of the landlord as he wanted to hire an apartment for the workers. Later on I saw that Semiya San was driving that Mercedes Benz. Semiya San hired apartment number 109 for 2 workers who are from Bangladesh and working for Nitta Kogyo (Tel: 090-3590-8382). I came to know that one of them worked in Yachimata City and the other one can fix computer.
I would like to add that Michie Suchida San who has lesbian relations with my ex-wife Sachiko San is also from Yachimata City.
Yuko Ishibashi San actively participated in Karate and riding motor bike in a gang. What I heard from most of the Japanese is that they are quite dangerous and are persons with low moral character. Yuko Ishibashi San had the keys of my apartment.
It is very simple to call anyone through cordless if a person uses the same telephone/fax instrument. After I started teaching English and cooking at my place, many persons have visited me. Many of them have used my computers too.
After I started teaching English in Junior High School and some Primary Schools, I was surprised to hear that the principal and other teachers use the words like “Konaya…”, “Kosoto…”, “Theim…” I personally feel that the students/children are the reflection of the creator, their parents and their teachers who have a dynamic role in the development of the child, so, they should behave more decently. I have heard about teachers complaining about the way a foreign teacher dresses up whereas they themselves use strange wears. I have seen the Japanese English teacher teaching students “six” as “sex” and “lunch” as “unch”. There level of speaking English is very low, well, there is nothing bad about it, as, this is not their mother tongue. But if they call any foreigner they do not bother to use “San/Sensei” Mr. or Ms. Their might be many foreigners who may not like to be called with the use of Mr. or Ms. But they must use their originality, decency using “San/Sensei”.
I do not expect the emperor of Japan to speak in Sanskrit although Mahatma Budh, who we pronounce as Buddha used Sanskrit. I do not expect the emperors, the prime ministers, the directors of board of education or the doctors to speak in English the way the British speaks. America might be known to people several hundred years ago but English was known to people before that. “Veda” is Sanskrit for “knowledge”. Sanskrit was the language of Vedic civilization. Vedic culture, based on Vedic scriptures (Shastra) called Vedas, flourished all over the ancient world with center in India, formerly known as Bharata-varsha. Vedas are the most ancient literary works on Earth at the same time with the profoundest and widest scope. Hence the Vedas are the most ancient books in the world. They cover all fields of knowledge, material and spiritual.
Sanskrit has such a high level of perfection that any word of any language can not come out of the mouth without the combination of Sanskrit vowels. If any word in English starts with Sanskrit vowel, “an” is used. That is why we call “an honest person”. Whereas “U” is not a vowel in Sanskrit therefore, we can not say “an university”.
Madonna is well known here, about who someone told me that she was originally in the night life. The first Nobel Prize winner from Asia is Rabindranath Tagore. I do not know how many know about him as compare to Madonna. Well, to me it hardly matters. But why am I talking about this is some of the personalities asked me if I know Madonna, some other stars and things like that from America, may be because America dropped a bomb on Japan. I doubt if they know about one of the eleven judges from the victor nations, Radhabinod Pal, the only judge during Tokyo trial who was an expert in International law and raised the issue of Hiroshima. He was the only judge who said Japan is innocent and if Japan is judged, the Allies should also be judged equally. His judgement document is appraised as a book of complete fairness and best judgement in 20th century. It became famous to the scholar of law in the world.
I have seen the ladies who had love affairs with some foreigners for months or years together but any time they would say that the foreigner (boy friend), with who she had affairs, raped her. They are heartless. It is getting very difficult to find one man woman. I can feel that the environment, the law makers, the parents and the teachers are the cause. I have seen some European, American or Australian kicked her off but she went back to him.
The marriage and divorce is considered just like a piece of paper. They speak a lot about the bottom of the heart but very heartless. Love is just a game. It is very unfortunate that here almost everyone buys his or her own grave. If they truly love someone, they will not have to bother about the grave, the one who loves will certainly take care abut the grave. Taj Mahal, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World is a grave made by the one who loved and not bought by the one who died. If the Japanese gets married to a foreigner, the law allows her to use maiden name until she asks to change. The name of the husband (foreigner) does not appear on the Juminsho of Japanese wife. If the Japanese wife sells away anything or takes away any amount of money of foreign husband, no problem. If the Japanese wife tells a lie that her foreign husband has taken away her money, the foreign husband gets arrested. Japanese has no hesitation to tell a lie. They are taught to tell a lie.
Somebody asked me if I had heard of Yakushi-Ji, Toshodai-Ji, Kiyomizu-Dera, To-Ji, Myoshin-Ji and Ryoan-Ji. All these places are “Pagoda” and “Stupa” in other words, Buddhist Temples. The “Pagoda” and “Stupa” are both derived from the Sanskrit Language. The word Dera and Ji are also derivatives of Sanskrit. I would like to add that San is another way of saying Ji. Knowledge, Buddha, Zero, IT and so on came from India free of cost but some people are misusing and minting money.
There are many personalities who are holding good positions and working together with some foreigners in order to make money by using any cheapest way including blackmailing and discriminating foreigners. In case any problem comes, they put it on to the innocent foreigners.
Someone asked me the meaning of Rohtash. There was a very rich king and the name of his son was Rohtash. The king made a promise in a dream that he would give away all his property and he just fulfilled the promise.

I am hereby enclosing letters/documents, which are self explanatory.
I met Yuko Ishibashi (res: 6969-25 Miyagawa, Hikari Machi, Sosa Gun, Chiba 289-1727 or Idono 2364 Asahi City, Tel: 0479-63-5518) on May 25th 2005 and we developed very strong relationship. Yuko encouraged me to divorce my wife Sachiko so that she could marry me. On June 15th 2005, Yuko was waiting for me in the parking area of Yokaichiba court in order to fulfill the formalities to divorce Sachiko. Yuko was extremely happy as I initially completed the formalities because for me marriage/relationship is not a piece of paper. Yuko of her own started the formalities to kick out Takeshi Kojima from her house (that is what she told me). Yuko also told me that Takeshi does not have any place to go. I told Yuko that if she ever loved someone, she should never think of kicking off that person. I do not know in what sense she took my words. She remained very nice to me and told about our relationship to almost everyone she came across. Many of them were against but Yuko did not bother. Yuko told me and several others that Rohtash is her world and that she does not need anyone else. Yuko spoke a lot against her sister to sons of her sister and her own daughter while she visited my place with them. The following day the sons (kids) of her sister were beaten very badly, that is what Yuko told me. Little before the hearing of divorce, Yuko told me that all her relatives were forcing her to marry Takeshi as he was offering 10 million yen. She told me that that is like insurance but she might go for that although she really hates Takeshi. She was very upset and she even asked me to run away to some other country. I told her running away is not possible for me but I expressed my desire to speak to Takeshi and her relatives but Yuko said no for that. This made me very upset, confused and depressed. On August 3rd 2005, the day of the hearing regarding divorce case at Yokaichiba court, Sachiko did not come. I allowed my cell phone number may be given to Sachiko and the case was finished. On August 3rd 2005, Sachiko called me at 13:56, 14:07 and 16:11 before we met. On August 15th 2005, I wrote letter to Yuko giving that to her parents and Takeshi in order to have better understanding, avoid any kind of dispute and to remove any kind of stress or tension. I do not know how Yuko was explained about that letter; she went to the police station. This action of Yuko gave a deep shock in my mind, my heart and my life. If she would have asked for my life, I could have given with pleasure but unfortunately she had compelled me to take legal action against her. On December 9th 2005, Yuko apologized at Yokaichiba court. No meeting or exchange of letters was settled but I received letter form Yuko on December 31st 2005 and a floppy disc was enclosed. I told about that to Mr. Takano of Yokaichiba Police, who suggested me to call Naruto Police. I went to Naruto Police station and spoke to Mr. Tokita who suggested me to ignore or call Yokaichiba court. On January 5th 2005, I visited Yokaichiba court and spoke to Mr. Takahashi who initially suggested me to call Yuko to ask as to why she had sent me a letter. He further suggested me to consult a lawyer after paying him consultation fee. Unfortunately, I cannot read/write Japanese perfectly and getting delayed. I am working hard to earn little money so cannot waste. I started working for the Barge Inn, Narita, as Chef from December 2004 after coming back from India. In the month of February 2005, I had to go to India again. After I came back from India in the month of May, 2005, I visited the Barge Inn. The management of the Barge Inn wanted my services and they increased my salary and also the transportation. Makiko Hirasawa also joined the Barge Inn who knew very little and I had to teach her almost each and everything. Makiko told me fuck you and also kicked me. I feel she is brought up in that atmosphere. I told her and made her understand not to use that language to me but she used time and again. She happened to tell me that she had no problem if I use that language to her but I said no for that. I reported the matter to Bryan, the manager, who instead terminated my services, may be because he cannot complete his conversation without using fuck you. He did not even pay me the salary or the compensation for terminating my services. I reported the matter to the Labor Inspection Office and further went to the court in Sakura. If I am not mistaking the President/the owner of the Barge Inn died sometime in the year 2004 and until now no changes have been done in that regard. On November 1st 2005, the Judge/the Magistrate told me that the court cannot proceed until the new President/owner is appointed for the Barge Inn. On January 20th 2006, I called the court in Sakura and I was told that they contacted Mari Nishimura of Barge Inn and that time she told some different story as compare to what she said previously. I was told that the Judge/Magistrate will be informed and they would ask Barge Inn to give in writing and they will think about what to do and that I will be informed accordingly.
On August 7th 2002, when fire broke in to my house and I lost everything, I had a very tough time again. For a very short while I stayed at the place of my known persons. Soon I bought a big wagon from Shaikh Abdullah (Indian) on easy installments. Before I could able to get an apartment, I stayed in that wagon. As I came to know that the marriage of the daughter of my sister is to take place in the month of September 2004, I quit the apartment and started staying in the wagon in order to contribute some money for the marriage as it is a very expensive affair in India. It is a very strong relationship without any paper formality. At that time, I used the address of Shaikh Abdullah in order to get the post letters and informed about that to the court. I left for India in the month of August 2004 and came back In December 2004. Shaikh Abdullah told me that he had got an apartment for me in Hasunuma Mura for yen 20,000. So, I directly went to Hasunuma apartment from the airport. When I met the owner of the apartment, he was very much interested in me and wanted me to work for his restaurant as chief but unfortunately he could not get hold of the restaurant he thought of. It is rather me who introduced the owner of the apartment to Shaikh Abdullah. If someone offers any small service or assistance for me, I use to do much more than that for that person. Shaikh Abdullah told me that he used to buy cars from the auction and some times being very busy, he could not able to transfer the car in his name that could lead to the cancellation of his membership. So, Shaikh Abdullah requested me to give him some of my Inka Shomensho (stamp certificates), which he would use only in case of acute emergency and that too for a very short period. I trusted him and did not know the importance of Inka Shomensho and innocently gave him some. When my services were terminated at the Barge inn, I took the first step, initial action at the court. Since, that did not work out, I went for the further step and for that some paper formalities, writings were required. Shaikh suggested me to ask his friend Akira Naito who could help me for that and he did. Shaikh Abdullah later told me that he was going to make a big company although he did not have any funds for that. He added that Akira Naito would complete all the paper formalities as he is used to misuse his powers. Shaikh Abdullah also told me that he was without visa, worked at different places but Naito introduced Shaikh to his wife and on papers Shaikh always used to work with Naito. I remember that Shaikh used to work at Narita airport with some security company but on papers he was always working for the company of Naito. Shaikh happened to tell me that he could use a few word of different languages and using those words, he used to tell everyone that he could speak 15 to 20 languages. Because of Akira Naito he got the license for recycle business. Through Naito, he made company on papers. Shaikh told me that he used people land, property, security and because of Akira Naito, he could do anything. I bought my present wagon from Shaikh. I asked him several times how much money I have to pay, but he did not inform me. Suddenly on October 3rd, 2005, he called me and demanded money for my wagon. Although my financial position was very tight, the following day I gave him the money. I found sudden change in the behavior of Shaikh. Shaikh was very upset about my taking legal action against Yuko. Some of the people involved in automobile business are well known to Shaikh as well as Yuko. I tried to start finding out as to how many vehicles are there in my name from the automobile tax office and other authority. I asked Shaikh as to how many vehicles are there in my name. He said only two whereas I was told more than that by the authority. Shaikh was very abusive with me and asked me to leave the apartment whereas I had the contract with the landlord. Later on he told me there are three vehicles in my name. I asked Shaikh to take off all the vehicles from my name. Shaikh said that it was simply a matter of half an hour for him and demanded 3 Inka Shomensho from me. I asked him to complete all the formalities and I would give the Inka Shomensho directly to the authority. It is good that I did not give him three Inka Shomensho as only one Inka Shomensho was required. Shaikh took more than one month to complete that process. I do not know what he wanted to do with the other Inka Shomensho. I do not know, as to what he might have done with my Inka Shomensho that I gave him previously. Shaikh also told me that Volvo was bought by Murakami (previously Pakistani and now became Japanese) but Naito is using that car. Shaikh further told me that he himself is using Freda and another car is used by his friend. Shaikh also told me that the cars will be used the way they used to be but they will be transferred from my name to Oki (who is also from Hasunuma). Shaikh also told me that he had gotten lots of Inka Shomensho of many people. On December 15th 2005, Shaikh told me not to call him for any reason what so ever it might be. I used to supply Meg milk products to Shaikh and his neighbor since I am working for milk station. That area was not within the territory to supply. It was a special course and used to be call as Rohtash Course. I informed all the clients including Shaikh that it is me who will supply and incase I am not there or quit the job the supply will be stopped. Since Shaikh told me not to call him for any reason, I informed in the office to stop his supply and informed the contents. The In charge informed Shaikh accordingly. Shaikh called Meg milk office and complaint. Shaikh also said that what would happen to his neighbor if they do not get milk and to me he told me to go and apology to them saying that I would not able to supply them milk anymore. Shaikh created panic and on December 21st 2005, the president (Sacho) along with the Manager/In-charge (Thencho) went to meet Shaikh to apologies. Shaikh met them along with Naito. Naito told a lot bad about me in order to get my services terminated. Naito attacked my dignity and prestige. Naito even told that I got money from the Barge Inn but I am taking legal action. If so, I would like to ask why did he complete the paper formalities? Had he seen? Or is he a judge? Shaikh also happened to tell me that he used to be without visa and has become Sacho (President), whereas I am still doing a small job of selling milk. Shaikh even told me that he could make me get out of here. Shaikh even told me that so many things happened against me and what could I do?
In August 2005, when I met Sachiko after a long time, she told me that she had developed cancer in her stomach. Truly speaking, considering what ever she did to me as a wife, deserves that much or rather worst than that as a God gift. Being a human being, I developed a soft corner for her. Sachiko also told me that her mother had expired and told bad about her father who is always looking for money. Sachiko also told me that Suchida (lesbian) does not have much money and got a small car. The house of Suchida in Yachimata is also going to be sold out. It is because of Suchida, Sachiko told that I took yen 30,000 from her bag and made me arrested. Sachiko apologized for what ever she did. Sachiko says that she loves me the most and want to be with me but also afraid of Suchida. Sachiko told me that Suchida has kept her address in the parents house of Sachiko in Ushirogusa, Asahi City. Sachiko also told me that she is asking Suchida to change her address to Tako Machi and after that Sachiko will join me. I am not interested to rush for anything as I have faced lot of problems without being guilty.
In December 2005, some of the persons from immigration & police department visited my apartment early in the morning. They visited almost all the apartments in the building and I experienced that for the first time in more than 14 years of my stay here. The behavior of the lady from the immigration department was very strange. She just walked in without disclosing her identity and her attitude was as if she is the top personality of the world.
I am not going to talk high about me but the food prepared by me was enjoyed by several people/personalities. It was also telecast by TBS and displayed in magazines. I am an artist too. I am quite qualified too. I do not find it necessary to do wrong things in order to get appreciation by big shots/wealthy persons to become wealthy. If the president (Sacho) of some company is wrong, I do not have any hesitation to say that even if I have to loose the job.
I experienced some of the common things in case of Sachiko and Yuko. Both of them loved me a lot and so did I because I am not a play boy. Both of them said they do not need anyone else in this world. Considering from any angel I cannot imagine that they were lying. Both of them expressed their desire to run away with me to some unknown place or country. Both of them spoke a lot bad about their parents/relatives but had to give priority to their opinion. The parents as well as the law of this country encourage prostitution. It is almost impossible to find one man woman. The lady who sleeps with many boys is considered as well known personality. On 22nd July 2000, when police at Narita Airport arrested me, saying that I had hit the police man and they said there were only two policemen. I made several attempts to prove that is wrong as I have the video recording of the incident but could not do anything until now. I wish if someone could help me for that.
In August 2005, when I visited Yokaichiba Police because of Yuko, Mr. Takano was quite decent but another old police man was very rude and was completely lacking decency. He even told me that I was arrested before and he would arrest me again before he would start talking. Mr. Koshikawa was also decent.

I personally feel that she has close connection with Yuko and is torturing me mentally and intend to harm me in different ways. She called me on October 9th 2005 at 17:04; October 12th at 08:21; November 10th at 13:03 & at 15:49; November 27th at 15:06; January 12th at 20:31; January 20th at 10:45. I will highly appreciate if you please inform me the details of this person. I also received suspicious call from 080 – 1088 – 6083.
I applied for the extension of my visa on December 1st 2005 at Chiba Immigration Office. My application number is: E – 10861. On December 20th 2005, I called Chiba Immigration to find out the position. The officer told me, if I do not get the post card before New Year holidays, it would be after the holidays. No post card came so; on January 16th 2006 I visited the Chiba Immigration Office personally. The attitude of the lady Iwaza at the counter was very indecent and hurting. She was shouting at me and did not want to listen to me and there were many people in the hall. On January 18th I visited the Immigration Office again along with Sachiko. Nothing great but at least that person was not shouting may be because of the Japanese Sachiko. I would really like to know from these officers how would they feel if they are at the opposite position. She also told me that I might have to go back to India or I may continue. She simply asked to wait.
It is the law makers who hit me. It is the law makers who made me overstayed intentionally. It is the law makers who made me guilty for the offence I never committed. I have spent the golden period of my life here. It is very difficult to heel the wounds I got here. Going back or running away will be opening up the wounds and would be more hurting. Delay in getting visa is an additional mental harassment. I rather look forward for a permanent visa to heel up and for stability. What I am writing are not stories but very hurting hard facts of the golden period of my life. Looking forward for appropriate action.
